It helps enormously if you include your device and OS version, the Pillbo version from the bottom of the app’s settings screen, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send screenshots that show your medicines unless the problem is about a specific medicine and you are happy for us to see it.
Before you write
A reminder did not arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for Pillbo in your phone’s settings, and that Focus, Do Not Disturb or battery saving is not holding them back. On Android, some manufacturers stop background apps aggressively — allowing Pillbo to run in the background fixes it.
I got a new phone
If you turned on account backup, sign in on the new phone and your records come back. Without backup, records live only on the old device — copy them across before wiping it.
An invite link does not open the app
Make sure Pillbo is installed, then open the link again. If it keeps opening this website instead, reinstalling the app usually fixes it — the phone re-checks the link association at install time.
The label scanner read something wrong
Every field it fills is editable. Correct it before saving, and the correction sticks. Photographs of the printed box work better than a pharmacy sticker over it.
I want to cancel my subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in Pillbo. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

A reminder about what Pillbo is
Pillbo keeps a record of medicines you already take. It cannot give medical advice, check interactions, or tell you whether to take a dose. For anything clinical, ask your pharmacist or doctor — and in an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
