Delete your data
Delete your account in Pillbo or contact us for help.
1. If you never made an account
Your saved medicines and dose records are on your phone. Deleting the app removes that local copy. Online search, scanning or support messages may have sent information to the services described in our privacy policy.
2. From inside the app
- Open the You tab.
- Under Account, choose Delete account and confirm.
- Delete the app as well, to remove the copy on the phone.
3. Or ask us
Write to support@trypillbo.com from the address on your account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We may need to check it is you first, and we will confirm once it is done.
4. What gets deleted
- your account and sign-in details;
- every backed-up medicine, schedule, dose record and care profile;
- profile photos held with the backup;
- every sharing invite you made, and the access anyone had through one;
- a request to remove the customer record held by our subscription provider.
Account deletion is permanent. Service logs, provider backups and legally required records may follow separate retention periods.
5. What this does not do
- It does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google bill those, so cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings, or you will keep being charged.
- It does not reach the stores’ own records. Apple and Google keep their purchase records under their own policies.
- It does not remove crash and usage reports already sent. The app filters sensitive details from these reports.
