    Enter each medicine and its schedule using the instructions from your prescriber or pharmacist.

  2. Check what is due

    Open Today or follow a reminder. Home Screen widgets on iPhone and Android also show upcoming doses.

  3. Log what happened

    Record the dose when you take it. If you also want a symptom diary, add an entry for how you felt.

What is a digital pillbox?

A digital pillbox is an app that organises your medicine routine. Pillbo stores your medicine list, reminds you when a scheduled dose is due and keeps a record of the doses you log. It can work alongside a physical pill organiser.

Does Pillbo dispense pills or detect when I take one?

No. Pillbo is a medicine tracker on your phone. It records the doses you log and does not dispense medicine or detect whether you swallowed it.

Can I use it without an account or internet?

Your saved medicines, scheduled reminders and dose logging work offline without an account. Medicine search, photo scanning, sharing and cloud backup need an internet connection.

Can I organise medicines for family members or pets?

Pillbo Pro supports up to six profiles in total, including your own. Each person or pet has a separate medicine list and dose record. You can share a profile and choose whether someone can log doses.

Is the digital pillbox free?

Your own medication reminders and dose logging are free. Optional Pillbo Pro adds backup, sharing and extra profiles for US$3.99/mo or US$29.99/yr. Join the waitlist to hear when Pillbo launches.
